Nestled in the upscale golf course community of St Andrew’s Country Club in Boca Raton Florida, this private tropical retreat boasts a large list of luxurious features. From the green wall to the sunken sectional spa, this project captures our clients wishlist in the upmost style and sophistication.
No expense was spared in bringing this vision to life, through the quality of finishes, custom in every detail.
The pool has been finished in matching materials to the surrounding terrace and interior of the home, to quietly blur otherwise distinct lines. Marbled slabs used on the low water wall combined with three weirs bring an element of sound and movement to the space.
From design to implementation, alignment of features, views and accents were carefully orchestrated to elevate the experience of this project. An exemplary example of this are two custom Luis Kaiulani sculptures being placed, one at the exterior entry door to the home and the second directly aligned through the main great room of the home behind the pool water wall. Both visually connected through the home. The first in black with clean lines the second a bright coral with an explosion of angled lines. Creating connection and juxtaposition simultaneously in the space.
The front landscape welcomes, with a unique appeal unlike any other in this exclusive southern neighbourhood. Complimenting the clean lines in the architecture of the home, the use of linear mass plantings were implemented to add dramatic texture and balance in the landscape.
This is the fourth property we have designed, overseen construction and finished for this discerning client. Each project distinctly different from the last and personalized to the location and the client’s needs while there.
We are very blessed to have so many repeat clients who continue to trust our vision for their properties, wherever they may venture in the world. Eden Tree Design will continue to travel with them to ensure their spaces are designed and finished to the highest of elegance and refinement. Making them uniquely their own.
